My many years of  property experience has spanned three continents (Europe, North America and Australia), and commenced with my first property purchase at the age of 18 years. Whilst my property experience is extensive, the decision to represent others in the purchase of real estate was not one that I took lightly. When you buy a property on behalf of someone else, an enormous amount of trust is being placed in your hands. Your ability to guide an investor or home buyer in the right direction is crucial to the success of their investment, and can have a lasting impact on their life. I certainly don't take this trust lightly and it is for this reason I have committed myself to interpreting the property market in ways that give my clients a real advantage when they go to buy. In the course of my 20 plus years of property experience, I have built strong relationships within the industry, which often allows me to see properties before they come on the market, giving my clients an advantage that a buyer going it alone simply wouldn't have. Meeting new people comes naturally to me and many of my clients have not only become my greatest fans in terms of referrals and repeat business, but have also become my friends. I am often described my those who know me as very approachable, highly determined and professional in a get down to business, no fuss kind of way. Seemingly, my personality relates well to people from all walks, and when combined with my industry networks, first hand property knowledge and tenacious negotiation skills, becoming an Independent Buyers Agent was a perfect fit.
