  • Arranging private property viewings and attending with the client where required.

  • Referrals to solicitors/conveyancers, finance brokers, etc., as requested.

  • Arranging and attending pre-purchase inspections – i.e. pest, building, surveyor, etc.

  • Arranging strata reports as requested.

  • Liaising with client’s legal representative regarding, contract review and completing due diligence.

  • Liaising with client’s finance team as required.

  • Attending bank valuations as required and when possible.

  • Liaising with client’s finance adviser/accountant as requested.

  • Negotiating the purchase of a property.

  • Attending and bidding at auction where required.

  • Attending to signing of contracts as required.
