Research of available properties based on client specifications, these may include properties listed to the general public or off market opportunities.
Providing of written property appraisal reports, including images.
Providing of local area demographic reports.
Arranging private property viewings and attending with the client where required.
Referrals to solicitors/conveyancers, finance brokers, etc., as requested.
Arranging and attending pre-purchase inspections – i.e. pest, building, surveyor, etc.
Arranging strata reports as requested.
Liaising with client’s legal representative regarding, contract review and completing due diligence.
Liaising with client’s finance team as required.
Attending bank valuations as required and when possible.
Liaising with client’s finance adviser/accountant as requested.
Negotiating the purchase of a property.
Attending and bidding at auction where required.
Attending to signing of contracts as required.
Attending the pre-settlement inspection with or on behalf of the client.
Arranging and attending quantity surveyors (Tax depreciation) as requested.
Organising and attending to the key collection.
Referring to Property Managers where required.
Conducting a post service completion conference with the client in person or over phone.
